It all started when...

...we were introduced to the founder of The Centre For Social Innovation. We both shared the conviction that companies and their employees perform better when they are engaged in pursuits that make the world a better place.  A growing body of knowledge was supporting our idea that if you can engage your employees around a strong values-based mission, they would be more effective in their job, more likely to propose new, impactful ideas and be more likely to stay with their employer and perform better. 

Teaming up with 4G Wireless Community, we customized a workshop and set our group of people out to create standout initiatives that would differentiate 4G Community, create social impact and create the kind of PR and marketing conversation they wanted to be known for.
